We have an exciting opportunity for a student to gain valuable experience within our Recruitment business! We're offering flexible hours and the ability to occassionaly work remotely once settled in.
- You will be trained in the business recruitment system to process recruitment applications
- Phone screening applications
- Talent searching
- Running up advertisements
- Assisting key staff members
- Other general duties that may be required
This role would ideally suit a student working towards a career in HR industry, as it will provide valuable work experience for this sector.
To be successful in this role we would expect you to:
- Some commercial/corporate work experience (either full or part time/temping)
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to pick up the phone and call customers and applicants
- Customer service experience
- Ideally in your second year or mid way through your studies
